Trust and responsibility: Based in the city of Hamburg, KANZOW has been a family-owned business with strong traditions for over 130 years. The KANZOW management team

For many years, KANZOW has been characterised by a clear vision: to preserve tradition while pursuing future-oriented paths. This vision is driven by our management team with commitment and expertise.

Julia Wogart, member of the management team since 2018 and sole managing director in 2023 and 2024, stands for the successful further development of the company.

Danilo Osterheld and Nils Mühlenfeld joined the management team in 2025. Both bring many years of experience, extensive knowledge of the company and fresh ideas to actively shape the future of KANZOW. Together they form a strong team with passion and vision to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Our management team stands for a common goal: the sustainable and successful development of KANZOW.

Our team

Our experienced, competent team is passionate about importing and trading fish. We take pride in the enduring loyalty of our employees and our values-based workplace atmosphere. Good relations with our employees and partners are of the utmost importance to us, and we cultivate a family-like workplace atmosphere that’s based on family values, tradition, innovation and diversity.
